"We knew they were all over our homes and our bodies. We didn't know they watched and understood."

Some strange looking microbes under a microscope, looking angrily at you while you're prodding them trying to understand what's happening.  I drew this for a new level/ a new minigame in which you will have to catch some of these strange creatures for testing.

I had the idea for this level for a while, but the coding and the rest of the stuff needed to make this level work is nowhere close to being finished.  Finishing the artwork should probably be one of the last things to do, but my process can sometimes be completely backwards. I wanted to draw these strange creatures and I wanted to experiment with a different style, so I prioritized that. I'm pretty sure I can figure out the rest of the code and such, but if I can't, oh well. At least I finished a drawing I wanted to make. For an artist like me that's important. Anyway, the stuff I described above isn't ideal in terms of productivity, but on the other hand I do have a few very time consuming pieces of artwork already finished, because I drew them months ago only about 50 percent sure if I will use them at all. Now that I have much more of the game code figured out, I will be able to integrate that stuff much quicker and some complicated levels I'm planning are essentially 50 percent done. I'll share that artwork and some more info when they're close to being playable.
